My practice is non-judgmental and welcomes all people. I use a culturally sensitive humanistic approach to person-centered, strength-based therapy, incorporating many therapeutic models such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
I tailor my therapeutic approach to each individual client's particular needs. I am a compassionate therapist, that enjoys assisting people to meet their goals. I strive to create a space that is safe and non-judgmental in a client centered-manner. I use different therapeutic techniques depending on my client's needs.
